Jay fooDs

Cookie Policy

Last updated: July 2026

This policy describes the cookies and similar browser storage used by the Jay fooDs website.

What cookies are

Cookies are small text files saved by a website in your browser. They can help a website remember a session, maintain security or retain necessary preferences.

Cookies we use

Our public ordering pages do not require advertising or behavioural-tracking cookies. The staff control centre uses an essential, secure authentication cookie named jf_token. It keeps an authorised administrator signed in, is unavailable to JavaScript and expires automatically. Logging out removes it.

Payments and external services

When you continue to Paystack checkout, Paystack may use its own cookies or similar technologies to provide payment, security and fraud-prevention functions. Those technologies are controlled by Paystack and covered by its policies.

Managing cookies

You can block or delete cookies using your browser settings. Blocking essential authentication cookies will prevent staff from signing in to the control centre, but the public website should remain available.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy when the website’s technology changes. Questions can be sent through our contact form.
