Website use

You may use this website only for lawful personal or business enquiries and genuine orders. You must not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, submit harmful material or use false payment or contact information.

Products and availability

Product descriptions, images, prices, stock and bulk availability may change. Images are illustrative and natural products may vary in colour or appearance. An order remains subject to stock, delivery coverage and our confirmation.

Orders and bulk pricing

You are responsible for checking order details before checkout. Bulk pricing applies only to products marked as bulk-enabled and when the displayed minimum quantity is reached. Server-calculated prices and totals control if a browser display differs.

Payment

Payments are processed by Paystack. An order is paid only after Paystack reports success and our server verifies the currency and exact amount. A checkout screen, pending transaction or bank alert alone does not confirm payment. Suspected duplicate or incorrect charges should be reported promptly.

Delivery, changes and cancellations

Delivery timing is an estimate and can be affected by location, availability, weather and circumstances outside our reasonable control. Contact us promptly to request a change or cancellation. Once preparation or delivery has started, a change, cancellation or refund may not be possible.

Food information

Customers are responsible for telling us about relevant allergies or dietary requirements before ordering. Product information on the website is general and is not medical advice.

Intellectual property

The Jay fooDs name, branding, website design, text, photographs and other content belong to Jay fooDs or their respective licensors. They may not be copied or commercially reused without permission.

Service availability and liability

We aim to keep information accurate and the website available, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect losses arising from website downtime, third-party services or misuse of the site. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
